ABOUT ME

Patrick Robinette

Owner

After managing feedlots in North Carolina and Nebraska in my teens and early twenties, I founded Harris-Robinette Beef- a grass-fed, beef cattle operation working to make sustainable beef an affordable option. Later, HRB expanded to include Micro Summit Processors. This allowed us to better control our slaughter and processing ability, as well as offer USDA inspected slaughter and processing to producers along the east coast. 

My successes were hard-fought. I faced confrontations and questionings every step of the way. However, this has prepared me to know the needs and concerns that come with being an independent producer and processor. I cannot wait to work with you and your operation and look forward to seeing you soon.
